The ASLA Congress is the keystone activity of the program, bringing together thirty-five (35) of the most passionate, driven, and promising student leaders from all Ateneo universities nationwide, for an all-expenses-paid leadership congress held during the semestral break.

The congress is designed to guide the participants towards gaining a greater sense of awareness and aprreciation of their personal gifts, potentials, and limits, as well as their leadership values and principles. This congress also promotes teamwork and other skills necessary for leaders to effectively engage with fellow leaders. By the end of the ASLA Congress, participants obtain a clearer and more concrete perception of their vision, goals, and aspirations for themselves and their communities.

During the ASLA Congress, participants are given the chance to interact and learn from peers, as well as from outstanding leaders from different sectors of society who share insights from their own rich leadership experiences.
