We are always in search of leaders, but there seems to be a shortage of them in all levels of society. Perhaps, we can say there is a lack of individuals whom we can confidently and proudly call our leaders. In fact, we would be hard-pressed to enumerate a list of leaders we admire, not just in our government, but even in society as a whole.

Filipinos have always been fixated on heroes: on that one person who can make a difference in everyone else's life. We, on the other hand, believe in a different kind of leadership. We believe leadership happens in two levels: in the quality of our leaders, and in their quantity. One good President is not enough to change an entire Philippines - he still needs the active support of every single citizen, in the little things each does. Whether in the form of entrepreneurship or dancing, painting masterpieces on canvas, or on the economy, each Filipino has a role in the development of our country, and therefore a responsibility for leadership.

We want to create a culture where people see themselves as jsut that: LEADERS. We want them to realize the stake they have in the development of our Philippines. We dream of everyday leaders, grounded on good values, doing good things and serving others in their own little way, and inspiring others to enact change as well.
