Our generation of youth leaders can be the difference; enough to make the difference we want to see a reality.

ASLA began in 2002 as a program of the Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral ng mga Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila, in response to a fundamental need for leaders leading with a genuine motivation for leadership. Each year, at least thirty-five (35) of the most passionate, driven, and promising student leaders from all Ateneo universities nationwide are selected to be part of ASLA's growing network of leaders. They come together at the annual ASLA congress, designed to inspire and empower individuals who display outstanding leadership potential. They take part in the congress and its various talks, workshops, reflections, and challenges to help them further discover and develop their innate leadership qualities.

We want form leaders who inspire people to be better. Hand in hand, we want to work towards creating a better Philippines - all because we believe we can do better.
